2012 PRICES - BOOKING ENQUIRY

Beds booked may be charged for in full unless 5 days notice of cancellation is given. Bookings secured on a non-refundable 25% deposit.
Mid week (i.e. Sunday night to Thursday night).
Sorry we do not take cards, only cash, cheques or by online banking.
As from 1st January 2012 balance for accommodation element of all exclusive use bookings for Roundhouse, Bunkhouse, Yurt, Tipi, Camping area or Whole Site are due 6 weeks before arrival either by cash, cheque or bank transfer
Our cancellation policy is:
25% Deposit is Non Refundable
Cancellation after balance paid
:4-6 weeks before your arrival date - 50% refund
:2-4 weeks before your arrival - 25% refund
:under 2 weeks before your arrival –sorry no refund

Exclusive use: W/E - £950.00 (2 nights) - £1300.00 (3 nights).
Exclusive Use mid week £440.00.
Midweek group discounts (minimum 2 nights stay) - 10% 10 - 19 persons / 15% 20+ persons.

£17.50 pppn midweek (Minimum 4 people).
Exclusive use: Weekends - £750.00 (2 nights) £1000.00 (3 nights).
Exclusive use: Mid week - £280.00 per night (maximum 16 people).

Midweek: 1st night £60.00 - additional nights £50.00.

Per night: 2-3 man tent £15.00 / Family tent £25.00.
