Refunds - Cancellations will need to be in writing

Bonds
A damage/clean up bond is required for exclusive use bookings for the below. Due the week before. This is fully refundable on the handing back of the site in the same state as you found it. Damages and excessive disregard for the site will be charged for
The bond will be refunded by bank transfer to a bank account nominated by you within 7 days of the vacation of the site

Marthrown of Mabie are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
Marthrown of Mabie do not accept liability for loss or damage to any object, equipment, furniture, stock or other property of any sort brought onto the premises by the hirer howsoever such loss or damage may occur unless as a direct result of Marthrown of Mabie's negligence. All such property will remain under the care and control of the hirer and is entirely at the hirer's own risk.
Marthrown of Mabie shall have no liability to the hirer for any consequential loss to the hirer arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services pursuant to the contract formed by these Terms and Conditions and the total liability of Marthrown of Mabie for any other loss of the hirer shall not exceed the price payable by the hirer for the Services.
The hirer shall be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with the Event, except to the extent that such loss, damage etc. is caused by the negligence of Marthrown of Mabie it's servants or agents."
